TERMS & CONDITIONS
ITAD Summit 2026 (“ITAD Summit”) will take place in Las Vegas, NV (the “Venue”) on August 2026. This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between ITAD Summit (“Global ITAD Institute”) and the registrant. This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Statement/Terms of Use posted in the footer below. All written notices shall be sent to ITAD Summit Organizer at events@itadsummit.com.
What is the ITAD Summit 2025 Cancellation & Refund Policy?
IMPORTANT – Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Register as an attendee - risk-free! You can cancel your ticket registration within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event —no questions asked. Subject to 10 to 20% processing fee by the bank and/or ticketing system.
For Attendee Ticket refunds (after 24 hours since purchase), will be charged 20% cancellation processing fee and will be processed after the event. No ticket refunds or ticket transfer to the next event after April 30, 2026 due to finalized headcount with the venue and catering.
If an Attendee Ticket is transferred to the next event upon the request of the ticket holder, it may only be transferred once. If not used on the next event, the ticket will forfeit.
Exhibitor / Sponsorship cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation processing fee. After Feb 1, 2026, refund will not be possible.
For Exhibitor / Sponsorship packages paid after February 1, 2026, you can only cancel the package within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event. Subject to 50% processing fee.
For attendees coming from overseas, we highly recommend processing your Visa prior to purchasing a ticket. No refund requests will be entertained that are due to Visa Application issues by February 1, 2026.
If a Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes is requested and received, refunds, ticket transfers to another person will not be allowed anymore.
Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used, and will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks after the event.
Once payment is made, ITAD Summit considers this policy read and accepted by the attendee/exhibitor/sponsor.
Resolution of Disputes
Transactions at this site are covered by binding arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site that cannot be settled to your satisfaction by our member satisfaction team shall be settled by arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Such disputes will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (https://www.adr.org/), 335 Madison Avenue, 10th floor, New York, New York 10017-4605, 800.778.7879, in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Your registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, ITAD Summit will not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf.
Please process your Travel Visa prior to purchasing your ticket. No ticket cancellations / transfers / refunds will be entertained due to Visa Application issues after a Visa Invitation Letter is issued.
To receive an invitation letter for ITAD Summit, kindly go to https://www.itadsummit.com/index.php/visa-information/. You will have the option to request an invitation letter during the registration process.
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend ITAD Summit, and all related events, including all evening events.
Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your fees must be paid in full before the respective Early Bird, Discount, or Standard deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.
The retroactive application of discount codes is not allowed. Requests for any exception must be made in writing to ITAD Summit Organizer.
ITAD Summit is held in a public space, therefore ITAD Summit Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing ITAD Summit activities. ITAD Summit reserves the right to use images taken at the ITAD Summit with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
ITAD Summit Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from ITAD Summit who is reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and who is not an ITAD Summit sponsor or exhibitor. ITAD Summit Organizer encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. ITAD Summit Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.
In its sole discretion and without refund, ITAD Summit Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the ITAD Summit anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the ITAD Summit or any other attendee.
The views expressed by any ITAD Summit attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of ITAD Summit ITAD Summit Organizer or the Global ITAD Institute. All ITAD Summit attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online Web content.
Event organizers will enforce this code and expect cooperation from all ITAD Summit participants (e.g., attendees, speakers, media, sponsors, volunteers) to help us promote a safe and enjoyable ITAD Summit experience for everyone.
ITAD Summit Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of ITAD Summit Organizer or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, the ITAD Summit Organizer may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without liability on the part of the ITAD Summit Organizer. In the event ITAD Summit cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, ITAD Summit Organizer shall not be liable to the attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses ITAD Summit Organizer will review the refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted, for approval on a situational basis.
ITAD Summit reserves the right to update and change any part or all of these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If we update or change these Registration Terms and Conditions, the updated Registration Terms and Conditions will be posted on our ITAD Summit website. By registering you hereby consent to these Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
