It has come to our attention that numerous companies (including Exhibitors Housing Services, Conventioneers.us, Convention Expo Travel, NTA (National Travel Association), Global Housing/Reservations and/or Global Expo Travel, LLC) may be contacting current and past attendees and exhibitors to solicit hotel reservations for ITAD Summit in Miami. These unscrupulous firms have not been authorized to handle housing and are not affiliated with ITAD Summit in any way.

There are certain travel companies that the convention industry commonly refers to as “housing poachers” or “housing pirates.” They frequently misrepresent themselves by claiming to be the housing provider for a given convention or trade show. They will sometimes offer to get you cut-rate hotel accommodations and try to convince you that the offer is being made on behalf of the ITAD Summit.

Please be advised that all bookings for ITAD Summit must be made on our official summit website. No other housing company has access to the discounted room blocks at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

As an attendee or exhibitor, it is solely your decision whether or not to purchase services from non-official providers, but we encourage you to treat solicitations from these providers with appropriate caution and strongly recommend that you work directly and only with ITAD Summit and Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
