Any company or individual currently working in the ITAD industry is eligible to be nominated for any of the award categories. To be considered in the finalist selection process, nominees must be registered for the conference (individuals) or have employees/representatives of the company registered for the event. A panel of judges will narrow the nominations to three finalists in each category. Those finalists will be included on a ballot that will be sent to all registered attendees of the 2024 ITAD Summit on June 15. Ballots will be open until midnight on June 30. Votes will be verified and tallied. The award winners will be announced at the reception on July 23, 2024 in Miami.
The organizer reserves the right disqualify any nominee that is found to be inappropriately using the nomination or election process to create an unfair advantage for themselves or any other nominee. Each registrant for the conference may only make one nomination per category. Likewise, registrants may only vote for one finalist in each category, and may only submit one ballot. Any registrant that is found to be voting multiple times will have all ballots removed from consideration.
All finalists will be notified via email or by phone at the time of selection. By agreeing to participate finalists consent to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotion of the event. The organizer of the event reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
