HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
As excited as we are about gathering in person for the first ITAD Summit since 2019, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has changed how ITAD Summit 2021 will be conducted.
UPDATED AUGUST 10th, 2021
While the ITAD Summit does not require participants to be vaccinated in order to attend the conference, we strongly encourage all participants to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Out of consideration for anyone who is immune-compromised, cares for an elderly relative or has small children, the ITAD Summit kindly asks that ALL attendees wear masks inside the venue. Masks are not required outside.
Hand sanitizer will be available at registration and throughout the venue. Please sanitize your hands before and after touching shared items.
Physical Distancing Policy
All speaking sessions and meeting areas will have space for physical distancing. Please be cognizant of the distance between yourself and others throughout the conference.
Venue Policies and Enforcement of Government Regulations
Please be advised that the ITAD Summit must abide by all CDC, state and local COVID-19 government restrictions, which will be enforced by the Huntingdon Beach Hyatt Regency. You can review those policies here:
