Grant’s career portfolio showcases a history of key engagements, starting early in his career as a Business Planning Consultant for Digital Equipment Corporation, before joining BlueFin Technologies in 1995, where he served as a key business partner with 11 direct reports, and drove sales revenue from $0M to $15M as Sales Director.
With the ITAD industry poised to become a key segment of business services, Grant established FastAsset, Inc. in 1997, assuming position as CEO to lead the market as a global provider of reverse-logistics, repair remarketing, and value recovery services to OEM partners. Over the course of 19 years, he secured exclusive contracts, raised $750K in VC funding, and invested personally in developing best-in-class teams.
A known commodity, Grant was recruited into a coveted role in 2016 as President for Apto Solutions, where he led the business turnaround strategy, culminating in a $48M ITAD company. His leadership impact was pivotal to the company reclaiming market share - he pioneered a historic $35M Google Pixel Trade-In Program, the largest mobility trade-in program ever created; and led 3 US-based processing hubs.
As a sought-after Advisor, and with the ITAD market expected to reach $20.09B by 2020, Grant established Arrowflight Analytics, LLC in 2018 to further advance strategic initiatives throughout the industry, providing consulting services to new and longstanding organizations. Grant, a 2x-Powerlifting World Champion, is equally passionate about inspiring and developing competitive, NextGen leaders, and has been an active Youth Coach and Mentor for All Fit Company since 2010.
Grant holds an MBA in Business Management and Operations from Babson College, and a B.A. Degree in International Relations from Tufts University.
