COVID-19 Update

Coronavirus (COVID-19) On-Site Plan

Our top priority is to provide a safe and healthy environment for all participants.

We understand that COVID-19 safety concerns are impacting everyone. Here's what we are doing to prepare for ITAD Summit 2020 in Huntington Beach.

Because of the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are executing an on-site COVID plan that will focus on surface area sanitization and protecting air quality with face masks and social distancing. The core elements of this plan include:

  • Surface Area Sanitization: Hand sanitation being widely available. In additon, surfaces will be regularly be wiped down and sanitized by the venue staff.
  • Touchless Check-in, Social Distancing and Face Masks: Attendees will be asked to wear face masks and remain six feet apart whenever possible. Obviously, at a trade event, this can be difficult. But considering the size of the venue, speaking hall, exhibition hall and the availability of outdoor spacing, it will be possible for attendees to spread out at the venue to meet industry colleagues. Tables and seating will be spaced. Outdoor meeting spaces will be avaialble.
  • Disposbale face masks will be made available to attendees, but please bring your own and please respect attendees who want space!

In addition, Hyatt will have a designated Hygiene Manager who will be assisting with the On-Site COVID plan. As the date nears, we will be notifying all attendees of the specific on-site safety requirements they should expect when attending the ITAD Summit.

Finally, please review the Hyatt Regency Huntingdon Beach COVID Hygiene and Safety Plan:
