Prior to transitioning to her current role, she served as the Global Commodities Manager for Amazon Web Services&#8217; (AWS) Reverse Logistics program. In this leadership role, Laura spearheaded the development and implementation of the program&#8217;s liquidation, vendor management, recycling\/REM recovery and circularity strategies. Her strategic initiatives resulted in a significant year-over-year revenue increase and the establishment of a highly effective landfill avoidance strategy achieving a global diversion rate exceeding 98%.<\/p>\n<p>Capitalizing on her success, Laura joined forces with a seasoned leadership team with Quotient X Circular Solutions, a Women-Owned Business (WOB).
