What are the official dates of the ITAD Summit 2026 Las Vegas, NV?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When do I get my registration materials?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration materials will be distributed on-site upon checking in at the registration counters. Please bring your registration confirmation to receive your registration materials. Please bring a valid form of identification to pick up your name badge.<\/p>\n

Please note, registration materials will not be mailed to attendees in advance.<\/p>\n

How do I get a receipt for my registration?<\/strong><\/p>\nOnce you are registered for the ITAD Summit, you should have received an email with a receipt confirmation.\u00a0 If you have not received a confirmation email, please email events@itadsummit.com and we will resend the receipt.\n

How can I access the mobile app?<\/strong><\/p>\nThe ITAD Summit 2026 App, which includes the participant list and a communication tool for app users, will be available to registered attendees in the Apple Store and Google Play in early July 2026.\n\t\t\t\t\tCancellation Policy<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

What is the ITAD Summit 2026 Cancellation & Refund Policy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Register as an attendee – risk-free! You can cancel your ticket registration within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event -no questions asked. Subject to 10 to 20% processing fee by the bank and\/or ticketing system.<\/li>\n
  2. For Attendee Ticket refunds (after 24 hours since purchase), will be charged 20% cancellation processing fee and will be processed after the event. No ticket refunds or ticket transfer to the next event after April 30, 2026 due to finalized headcount with the venue and catering.<\/li>\n
  3. If an Attendee Ticket is transferred to the next event upon the request of the ticket holder, it may only be transferred once. If not used on the next event, the ticket will forfeit.<\/li>\n
  4. Exhibitor \/ Sponsorship cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation processing fee. After Feb 1, 2026, refund will not be possible.<\/li>\n
  5. For Exhibitor \/ Sponsorship packages paid after February 1, 2026, you can only cancel the package within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event. Subject to 50% processing fee.<\/li>\n
  6. For attendees coming from overseas, we highly recommend processing your Visa prior to purchasing a ticket. No refund requests will be entertained that are due to Visa Application issues by February 1, 2026.<\/li>\n
  7. If a Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes is requested and received, ticket transfers to another person will not be allowed anymore.<\/li>\n
  8. Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used, and will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks after the event.<\/li>\n
  9. Once payment is made, ITAD Summit considers this policy read and accepted by the attendee\/exhibitor\/sponsor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the Summit. Networking receptions also include complimentary food and beverages offerings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tCan I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else any time before the event or to the next year’s event once!<\/p>\n

    However, Ticket Transfer requests to the next event will no longer be entertained after April 30, 2026.<\/p>\n

    If the ticket remains unused, for any reason, after it was once transferred to the following event, the ticket will forfeit.<\/p>\n
